What payment options do you accept?
Paypal and Stripe.
Can I change the shipping address on my order?
I only ship to the address on your PayPal or Stripe. It is your responsibility to make sure all the details are correct before payment is made. I cannot change details once an order has been placed.
How do I know if my order is shipped?
You will receive a shipping notification. If you paid for tracking services the tracking number will also be provided in your shipping notification.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
I post orders within 1-2 weeks. Orders in the UK normally take 1-3 days to arrive from date of postage but can in some cases take up to a week. For international orders delivery normally takes 7 days to arrive but in some cases can take up to 1-2 months. Time frames are based on working days only. Please note I do not post orders on weekends or bank holidays.
Shipping details:
You have the option to choose how you would like your order shipped, either standard or tracked.
UK orders are sent via 1st class unless tracked is chosen at checkout.
International mail is sent via Standard Airmail unless tracked is chosen at checkout.
All customs, fees, tariffs and tax etc are the sole responsibility of the customer. I am not responsible for any customs delays, loss or damage during transit.
FOR MY US CUSTOMERS:
Your country now asks us to collect tariffs on your behalf. I have included any in the cost of the postage price. But please be aware that Royal Mail who I post with are responsible for passing on these tariff costs to your country but it's a new system meaning delays can happen at your countries customs. You maybe asked to pay tariffs by your customs office. You must pay these if asked, if you choose not to pay your order will either get sent back to me or possibly destroyed. If an order is returned to me the return postage costs will be deducted from your refund. Hopefully things will change in the near future and I can clarify more but it's a new demand from the US.

Damaged or lost orders?
If your order was damaged or lost whilst in transit please email me and I will do my best to help.
I also do not offer replacements as all my illustrations sold are originals and cannot be replicated.
Can I cancel my order?
I'm sorry but all sales are final.
How will my order be packaged?
All orders are sent in board backed envelopes. Paintings come in a glassine bag. The washi tape is made by my art friend @thisisjonturner
